We are not designed for distributors new to the industry, nor for those whose primary strategy is competing on price alone. PromoEQP exists for distributors who understand the long-term value of working with trusted, preferred supplier partners and who recognize that sustainable growth comes from relationships, not shortcuts.
The PromoEQP distributor has survived the “Start-Up” phase, learned that selling on “price” is not a successful business plan, and is rooted in their community.
We believe suppliers deserve to be profitable
PromoEQP rejects rebates and participation fees because they distort incentives and weaken the supplier ecosystem. When suppliers are allowed to retain the full value of their work, they reinvest in their people, processes, and product development. That reinvestment ultimately benefits distributors. Removing these fees also ensures PromoEQP is never positioned as an expense to suppliers, supporting long-term participation and a healthier, more stable network for everyone involved.
PromoEQP is proudest that it has NOT lost a supplier in its 13 years of operation. Long-term engagement demonstrates the success of culture, growth of engagement, and evolving value of the program.

The new Strategic Supplier Initiative is an initial grouping of Suppliers who are actively demonstrating a dedication to focusing on your distributorship’s success. This means increased benefits, resources, communication, and participation. This is being displayed through:
“STRATEGIC” identification in SAGE and the PromoEQP login page.
This Strategic Supplier Initiative is simply PromoEQP being willing to put a spotlight on suppliers who are seeking to put a spotlight on YOU. These suppliers are demonstrating that they see significant value in focusing on you, and PromoEQP is willing to highlight that behavior.

PromoEQP is partnering with companies around the world?
The success of the PromoEQP program has opened up opportunities to look at other promotional product markets around the world. In partnership with a US-based marketing partner, Mark8Media, PromoEQP is creating a distributor subscription program in France. The goal is to build a bridge between the US and EU markets.
Working this way will open up opportunities for distributors in the US to buy from suppliers in the EU and vice versa.
Currently, PromoEQP distributors have seen this connection with the announcements of UMA Pens and Borasia International. More information will be coming out in the next few months as the partnership grows.
